• Waste: place trash and recyclables in the designated bins inside the accommodation.
• Barbecue grill, when available: use it safely and do not dispose of hot embers in the trash bins. Charcoal and other consumables not provided with the stay are the guest's responsibility.
• Communication: report any problem, damage or missing item through the Airbnb chat as soon as you notice it. Requests to change times or the conditions of the stay must be agreed upon and recorded in that channel.
• Responsibility for the reservation: do not transfer the stay or sublet the property to third parties. Guest changes must be handled in advance through Airbnb.

O apto é espaçoso e muito bem localizado. Não prestei muita atenção ao fechar o anúncio e não vi que toalhas de cama/banho não eram fornecidas, o que Cléber rapidamente resolveu me alugando algumas.
