1) Occupancy, visitors, and events

- No parties, events, gatherings, or visitors who are not registered guests at any time.

- Maximum occupancy is the one stated in the reservation. Entry of third parties not listed as guests is prohibited.

- Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m. Please respect neighbors and condo common areas.

2) Residential use only — Professional use prohibited

- The property is for residential use only. Prohibited: any professional activity, client service, business meetings, workshops, rehearsals, sessions, etc.

- Content creation is forbidden (filming, live streams, photo shoots, commercials, recordings with lighting/equipment) without prior written authorization.

- Gambling/gaming and any activity that causes crowding, noise, or monetization on the premises are prohibited.

3) Smoking, pets, and safety

- No smoking indoors (includes cigarettes, vapes, hookah).

- Pets only with prior authorization (when allowed). Do not leave animals alone in the property.

4) Property care

- Trash: daily disposal at designated points.

- Barbecue: clean after use; charcoal and consumables are the guest’s responsibility.

- Damages/missing items will be charged according to replacement cost.

5) Check-in / Check-out and communication

- Check-in: 2:00–10:00 p.m. | Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.

- Any flexibility must be arranged exclusively via Airbnb chat (never through social media).

- Subletting or transferring the reservation to third parties is prohibited.

- IDs may be requested for guest verification and registration purposes.

Final note

Any breach of these rules may result in the unilateral cancellation of the reservation, without refund, in addition to applicable fines and damage charges, where appropriate.
