The apartment is very well located. You can walk everywhere, including to the supermarket. It's located 400 meters from the beach, across from Schmitd Market.

The pool, with three depths, is perfect for the whole family, and in addition to it, you can enjoy the game room with billiards and foosball for some fun. If you prefer, you can maintain your fitness routine with access to the exclusive gym for adults; just speak to the caretaker to gain access to the facility. Your stay will be even more complete with all these leisure options!

I will be available by phone almost 24 hours a day. Key handover and any questions that require in-person assistance will be handled by our very helpful housekeeper, who is also responsible for check-in and check-out.

Village Eco Park is located in the lively heart of Bombas, close to the main avenue. We’re situated in a prime location near shops, the beach, and fun activities all within easy walking distance of 5 to 15 minutes. This way, you'll be at the center of everything the best and most splendid of Bombinhas has to offer.

É importante salientar as seguintes regras de nosso condomínio - Em caso de não cumprimento, a multa é de R$500,00:

- Transitar molhado pelos corredores e elevadores dentro dos blocos de apartamentos;
- Cada apartamento possui 1 vaga de garagem, caso um segundo carro utilize a vaga de terceiros sem autorização, o mesmo receberá uma trava de roda e será multado;
- Pedimos a todos que leiam as regras expostas nos elevadores. Sempre há informações uteis neles, em caso de não cumprimento as regras do condomínio;

- Nos casos em que animais de estimação são permitidos, é expressamente proibido se ausentar do imóvel e deixá-lo sozinho no apartamento. Você sempre deverá levar seu cão ou outro animal junto com você. Afinal, se você o trouxe para suas férias, ele deverá curtir também, e não ficar preso dentro de um apartamento. Nesse caso a multa é de R$800,00.

Também salientamos que o Horário de check-out é as 10h. qualquer flexibilização deverá ser combinada exclusivamente via chat do AirBnB, jamais por redes sociais. Em caso de não cumprimento, haverá penalidades. Incluindo responsabilidade civil em caso de atraso no check-in do hóspede seguinte.
