At Canto de Bombas, Villa Toscana 101B accommodates up to 10 guests in 3 bedrooms, including 1 suite, and has a sofa bed in the living room and 2 bathrooms. You'll have a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, and 1 parking space. The perfect base to enjoy the beach and return to the comfort of your own apartment. Bed and bath linen available for rent separately.

To organize your arrival and enjoy a peaceful stay:

• Bed linen and towels are not included. You may bring your own set or request a rental with our team, subject to rates and prior arrangement.

• Please bring your personal hygiene items, such as soap, shampoo, and toothpaste.

• The electrical voltage in the property is 220 V.

• The apartment accommodates up to 9 guests, considering the beds in the bedrooms and the sofa bed in the living room.

• Children and babies are welcome. We do not provide a crib.

• Pets are allowed with prior authorization. Please inform us about your pet before booking.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Different times are subject to availability and prior confirmation.

Villa Toscana 101B is an apartment designed for sharing memorable moments during your trip without giving up privacy when it's time to rest. Located in Canto de Bombas, close to the beach, it features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious balcony with a barbecue grill.

After a day at the beach, the balcony is perfect for preparing a barbecue and enjoying long conversations. Inside, the living room and dining area provide space for gathering with family, while the fully equipped kitchen allows you to set your own schedule and prepare your own meals.

Sleeping arrangements:

• Suite: 1 double bed.

• Second bedroom: 1 double bed and 1 single bed.

• Third bedroom: 1 double bed and 1 single bed.

• Living room: 1 double sofa bed.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishes, cutlery, and everyday utensils. The apartment also offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and a washing machine.

For added convenience, the building has an elevator and the stay includes 1 parking space.

During your stay, the apartment will be for the exclusive use of guests included in the reservation, including the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathrooms, and the balcony with barbecue grill.

One parking space is included. The building has an elevator, and movement through common areas must follow the condominium rules.

The key handover will be arranged with our team before your arrival. Please let us know your estimated arrival time so we can organize your check-in.

Access is restricted to guests registered in the reservation. Visitors are not allowed.

Our housekeeper is responsible for handing over the keys and providing in-person support when necessary and as arranged. If anything unexpected happens, please inform our team so we can follow up and find a solution.
