• Use of the space: the accommodation is intended for lodging. Please do not use it for in-person client services, workshops or the operation of a commercial establishment. Individual remote work is welcome, respecting the peace and quiet and the booked occupancy.

• Care: use towels and bed linens for their intended purpose, avoiding using them to remove makeup or to clean surfaces or utensils.

• Waste: place trash and recyclables in the designated bins inside the accommodation.

• Barbecue grill, when available: use it safely and do not dispose of hot embers in the trash bins. Charcoal and other consumables not provided with the stay are the guest's responsibility.

• Communication: report any problem, damage or missing item through the Airbnb chat as soon as you notice it. Requests to change times or the conditions of the stay must be agreed upon and recorded in that channel.

• Responsibility for the reservation: do not transfer the stay or sublet the property to third parties. Guest changes must be handled in advance through Airbnb.
