The pool with three different depths is perfect for the whole family, and you can also enjoy the game room with a pool table and foosball for fun moments. If you prefer, keep up with your fitness routine with access to the adults-only gym—just ask the caretaker to open the space for you. Your stay will be even better with all these leisure options!

I’ll be available by phone almost 24 hours a day. For key handover and anything that needs to be handled in person, we have our housekeeper, who is very helpful and also responsible for check-in and check-out.

Village Eco Park is located in the lively heart of Bombas, close to the main avenue. We’re situated in a prime location near shops, the beach, and fun activities all within easy walking distance of 5 to 15 minutes. It is important to highlight the following rules of our condominium - In case of non-compliance, the fine is R$500.00:

- Driving wet through the hallways and elevators within the apartment blocks;

- Each apartment has 1 parking space. If a second car uses a third party's space without authorization, it will be given a wheel lock and will be fined;

- We ask everyone to read the rules displayed in the elevators. There is always useful information in them, in case of non-compliance with the condominium rules;

- In cases where pets are allowed, it is expressly forbidden to leave the property and leave them alone in the apartment. You should always take your dog or other animal with you. After all, if you brought your pet on vacation, he should enjoy it too, and not be trapped inside an apartment. In this case, the fine is R$800.00 (there is a municipal law that considers leaving an animal alone in a hotel as abandonment).

We also emphasize that the check-out time is 10 am. Any flexibility must be agreed exclusively via AirBnB chat, never via social media. In case of non-compliance, there will be penalties, including civil liability in case of late check-in of the next guest.
