- Área da piscina com câmera de segurança: existe câmera na área externa/piscina, e não pode ser desligada. Ela é usada exclusivamente para segurança e controle de acesso/ocupação, especialmente porque no passado houve tentativas de festas que geraram transtornos.

- Reforçando as regras: não é permitido festas, eventos, som alto e não são permitidos convidados/visitantes.

- Limite máximo: 10 pessoas, incluindo crianças.
