We are close to Fragata Avenue, your best option for traveling between the beaches. The great location of the condominium allows you to do everything on foot: beach, supermarket, and a wide variety of restaurants. In short, everything you need is within a 5 to 15-minute walk from EcoVillage.

Estamos em um condominio fechado chamado Altos da Serra a 2 minutos do Canion da Ronda, ele possui Cavalos, Campo de Futebol, Trilha, Cachoeira e muito mais.

Imagine um dia extremamente frio e você se banhando com a ceramica do chão de seu banheiro quentinha ou você desfrutando de um bom vinho ao lado da lareira com os pés no piso e ele aquecendo você e todo ambiente. É isso que essa comodidade traz a você!

Na cozinha principal tem lava-louça, geladeria brastemp Maxi de 570L, cafeteira Nespresso, churrasqueira, fogão a lenha e muitos itensílios para comodidade de sua estadia.

Nesse ambiente temos a sala de estar principal, onde conta com smartTV Samsung, lareira, sofá mesa de jantar para 8 pessoas entre outros itens (vejam nossas fotos), também há um lavabo.

Os quartos do andar superior (mesmo andar da cozinha principal), são 3 suites mais um quarto e um banheiro em frente a esse quarto, ou seja, o banheiro privado poderá ser exclusivo do quarto que não é suíte. Todos com camas casal, aquecimento de piso e aquecedores elétricos para dar suporte em dias de temperaturas negativas/neve.

Em nosso térreo há garagem coberta para 2 carros. A direita temos uma suite ampla com Ar Condicionado para aquecer o ambiente e no lado esquerdo temos um ambiente de convivencia/festas, com uma mesa ampla, churrasqueira, fogão a lenha de ferro fundido, e uma cozinha completa, um pouco mais simples, uma mesa de sinuca também complementa esse espaço.

O grande destaque de nosso térreo é o fogão a lenha para pizzas! Seja você mesmo seu pizzaiolo e desfrute ao máximo de nossa casa!

O que nosso condominio oferece sem custo adicional:

Na portaria temos segurança 24 horas que poderá esclarescer quaisquer dúvidas. Em caso de urgencia/emergência/imprevistos, chego em 90 minutos até a propriedade.

Recomendamos chegar de carro, entre o mirante da Serra do Rio do Rastro e a primeira curva descendo a serra haverá um trevo com indicação para Parque Eólico/Canion da Ronda. Você irá entrar nessa via secundária por volta de 4km. Haverá um trevo em forma de triangulo a sua direita em pedra estilo taipa (tipico da região) com hortências e placa do condominio Altos da Serra. Entrando ali, certa de 2km você encontrará nossa portaria o segurança que irá lhe receber.
